Renaissance Testing
Renaissance Star Reading and Math Assessments are research-based, computer-adaptive tests that measure student achievement in reading and math. By continually adjusting the difficulty of an item based on a student's performance on previous test items, the assessment accurately measuresindividual achievement. Star Assessments measure student growth over time to help educators tailor instruction and increase student academic achievement. Students are assessed three times throughout the school year to monitor progress and modify individualized instructional plans.
Virginia Wizard
Virginia Education Wizard collects responses related to work values, career interests, and skills to match students with suitable careers and educational programs. Students can use this assessment information to investigate careers, explore & compare colleges as well as other post-secondary training programs, estimate costs, and find and apply for financial aid and scholarships. Students are assessed once per year and the data collected is used to develop post-secondary transition plans.

Loneliness
All of us feel lonely at times. Loneliness can have a serious effect on your health so it is important to be able to recognize signs that you are feeling this way. It is also important to understand that being alone isn't the same as being lonely. If loneliness is affecting your well-being, there are things you can do to help you form new connections and find the social contact/support that you need.
Stress & Anxiety
Life can be stressful and anxiety provoking. You may be stressed about performance at school, too many responsibilities, relationships, traumatic events, or a life change. Everyone feels stress from time to time. Talking with your counselor at school will help you learn what causes or triggers your stress and what coping techniques might work for you.
